Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled GCP Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and policy-compliant cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The role requires strong expertise in GCP Identity, Networking, and Policy Management, along with working knowledge of IAM, CI/CD, and SRE practices. The candidate will be responsible for defining cloud architecture standards, implementing governance guardrails, and enabling secure and reliable cloud adoption across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement GCP architecture with focus on identity, networking, and organization-level policy controls.
Define and manage IAM strategy, including roles, permissions, service accounts, and least-privilege access models.
Architect secure and scalable network solutions including VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, load balancers, DNS, and hybrid connectivity.
Establish and enforce cloud governance using GCP policies, standards, and security best practices.
Develop and support landing zone architecture for multi-project and multi-environment GCP setups.
Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliant and secure cloud deployments.
Enable CI/CD integration for infrastructure and application deployment with appropriate policy and security checks.
Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption for automated, repeatable, and auditable provisioning of GCP resources.
Support SRE practices by improving observability, reliability, incident response, and operational resilience.
Review cloud environments for IAM, network, and policy gaps and recommend remediation actions.
Troubleshoot complex cloud issues related to identity, connectivity, deployment automation, and platform stability.

We are seeking a GCP Service Enablement Lead to support the Client project team by designing and enabling scalable cloud onboarding services for application teams. The role focuses on creating structured onboarding processes, playbooks, and service frameworks that allow teams to adopt Google Cloud Platform (GCP) efficiently and securely.
Define service catalog offerings, including scope, required inputs, outputs, SLAs, and support boundaries.
Develop and maintain onboarding playbooks, templates, documentation, and knowledge base for application teams.
Manage intake and triage processes, balancing demand and delivery capacity with transparent prioritization.
Track adoption metrics, onboarding performance, and service usage to improve platform enablement.
Provide training sessions, office hours, and enablement support for engineering teams adopting GCP services.
Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions, including network design, security configurations, and service integrations.
Provide technical guidance to development teams during cloud solution implementation.
Ensure compliance with cloud security, performance, and cost optimization best practices.
7+ years of experience in cloud architecture or platform enablement roles.
Experience running technical enablement or platform services programs in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and services.
Proven experience working with multiple engineering teams and stakeholders across development, risk, and compliance.
