Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Citrix Analyst in Boca Raton, FL to support and optimize enterprise virtual application and desktop environments across hybrid infrastructure platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining Citrix technologies, virtualization platforms, cloud-based computer resources, and secure access solutions while ensuring system reliability, performance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Support and administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, and related virtual desktop technologies
  • Maintain and support hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
  • Administer Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), and Workspace
  • Support virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi and vCenter
  • Assist with administration and operational support of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) environments
  • Support cloud-hosted workloads, including computer, networking, and monitoring services
  • Configure and support NetScaler/ADC technologies for secure remote access, load balancing, and application delivery
  • Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity; respond to incidents and service requests
  • Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, network, storage, identity, and application layers
  • Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards
  • Support patching, upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure maintenance activities
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and provide after-hours support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in an enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments spanning on-premises and cloud platforms
  • Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory-integrated environments
  • Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies, including ESXi and vCenter
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, storage, and identity systems
  • Understanding of ITIL-based operational processes, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Citrix, VMware, or cloud platform certifications
  • Experience supporting hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) environments
  • Experience supporting workloads hosted in public cloud environments
  • Exposure to automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies
  • Experience supporting high-availability and business-critical systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
