About the Opportunity
GAMA-1 Technologies is seeking a remote Cloud Computing Specialist I to support 24x7 cloud infrastructure operations in a fast-paced AWS environment. In this role, you will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, resolving complex issues across cloud services, managing user access and accounts, and ensuring timely Jira ticket resolution with clear documentation.
You will also support AWS resources and CI/CD workflows, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to automation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing. Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams while continuously adapting to evolving cloud technologies.
