ROLE PURPOSE
Lead data-center, sovereign-cloud, edge and high-performance-compute opportunity assessment and activity design.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
• Evaluate site, power, cooling, water, connectivity, capacity, reliability, cybersecurity and physical resilience.
• Compare public, private, hybrid, sovereign-cloud and phased facility options.
• Develop demand, CAPEX/OPEX, operating-model, implementation, FS/TOR, budget and schedule products.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
• 10+ years leading mission-critical data-center, cloud, edge or HPC assignments.
• Named projects with capacity, power/cooling, reliability, lifecycle-cost and migration outcomes.
• Direct feasibility, alternatives, implementation-roadmap or TOR/SOW authorship.
• International or public-sector experience preferred.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
• Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
