Requirements:
  • Own AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI services within the IMS Cloud / Data Center tower, accountable for availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
  • Establish and maintain service governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk registers, and formal escalation management.
  • Act as the IMS escalation point for P1/P2 cloud and data center incidents and chronic service risks.
  • Directly design, implement, and optimize cloud and hybrid architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues (compute, storage, networking, identity, and connectivity).
  • Lead cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and data center integration efforts, including landing zones, network connectivity, and shared services.
  • Develop and review infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and standard patterns to improve reliability and reduce operational toil.
  • Manage core platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Ensure secure, resilient, and cost-effective service delivery aligned to contractual SLAs and client transformation objectives.
  • Operate as a hands-on technical lead while also providing service ownership, risk management, and client-facing leadership across the Cloud and Data Center tower.
