We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud DevSecOps Engineer with expertise in securing AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing cloud security best practices, automating security operations using Python and PowerShell, integrating security into DevOps pipelines, and protecting cloud-native applications from infrastructure to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Harden AWS EKS clusters and worker nodes against unauthorized access.
Implement Kubernetes security controls including RBAC, Network Policies, Pod Security Standards, and admission policies.
Audit AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.
Develop Python automation scripts for:
Security log analysis
Threat hunting
Cloud resource auditing
Security reporting
Use PowerShell to automate Windows server hardening, compliance checks, and incident response activities.
Build API-driven integrations to collect and correlate security telemetry across AWS services.
Secure Git repositories by enforcing branching strategies, access controls, and secret scanning.
Integrate security tools such as SAST, DAST, container image scanning, and dependency scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
Configure and maintain secure GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and CircleCI pipelines.
Prevent credential and secret leakage using secure secret management solutions.
Monitor Kubernetes workloads and cloud infrastructure for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement DevSecOps best practices.
Support incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance initiatives.
