This role will be to manage, control, administer, monitor, and improve the status of resources deployed in our Microsoft Cloud environment. You will be responsible for proactive configuration changes to minimize operational disruptions and oversight of cloud services that are used by the organization. Creating and maintaining cloud systems and processes. Work with Microsoft to analyze issues and create solutions based on best practices. Identify and implement automated solutions to support operational and development efforts. Works independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems. Maintains high standards of cloud operational quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team Communicate with internal team and internal customers to help direct development, debugging, and testing of application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness Typical Task Breakdown: Support and administer Microsoft Cloud environments including but not limited to Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics365. Engage with business personnel including project managers, products owners, and end-users as needed providing well-rounded contributions based on strong cloud expertise. Consult with solution architects, developers, DevOps engineers, security engineers and other team members to ensure a successful project delivery. Contribute to and peer review various technical documents including infrastructure as code.
