We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our technology team. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, strong automation skills, and the ability to support critical business applications and infrastructure.
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Ensure cloud environments are secure, compliant, and cost-optimized.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate cloud solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, etc.).
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Professional Cloud Engineer.
Scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with cost management and optimization strategies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
