Compensation Range: $60-75/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c or sponsorship)
Job Description:
Lead cloud transformation initiatives by supporting the migration from an on-prem environment to a secure Azure landing zone.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Execute and support Azure cloud migration efforts
Build and maintain Azure infrastructure (including Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
Manage PowerShell scripts and automation tools
Collaborate with developers and business teams to modernize resources
Maintain operational uptime and participate in on-call support
Support hybrid cloud integrations and troubleshooting
Participate in infrastructure planning and modernization
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3 years of experience in IT/cloud engineering
Strong hands-on Azure experience (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
PowerShell scripting proficiency
Knowledge of Application Gateway and Azure security architecture
Cloud migration experience (on-prem to Azure)
Network/security experience within cloud environments
Ability to work in a collaborative, small-team setting
Willingness to join an on-call support rotation
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
Microsoft AZ-104 certification
Bachelor's degree in related field
Familiarity with hybrid tech and modern automation strategies
