IDR is seeking a Cloud Network Administrator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves managing and supporting the cloud-based infrastructure, focusing on AWS deployment, Microsoft 365 G5, and virtualized networking solutions.
Position Overview for the Cloud Network Administrator:
- Serve as a key resource for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization's cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with network administrators and IT leadership to support AWS, Microsoft 365, and cloud security practices
- Monitor and respond to security alerts from the managed SOC/SIEM provider
- Administer AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and backup management
- Support and optimize the organization's SD-WAN and firewall configurations to ensure seamless network operations
Requirements for the Cloud Network Administrator:
- 3+ years of experience in cloud administration, network administration, or a closely related IT role
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and related services)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including security and compliance configurations
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and virtualized networking concepts
