Cloud Platform Engineer opportunity in
Charleston, West Virginia.DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Write code to provision and manage cloud resources using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automated testing and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
System Monitoring: Track platform health, analyze logs, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Security & Compliance: Enforce access controls, identity management, and security standards.
Required Skills and QualificationsCloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Scripting: Proficiency in languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
Containers: Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Networking: Understanding of virtual private clouds (VPCs), DNS, and firewalls.Cloud Platform Engineer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in cloud infrastructure administration and automation.Cloud Platform Engineer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubermetes/AKS/EKS).Cloud Platform Engineer must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or azure DevOps.Cloud Platform Engineer must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience scripting in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Cloud Platform Engineer must have a minimum of three (3) years with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.UDR Consulting, INC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business.
