## Cloud Program Manager

### Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Cloud Program Manager** to lead large-scale Cloud Platform (GCP) transformation and migration programs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program delivery, manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with customer stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of cloud initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex GCP transformation, migration, modernization, and AI/cloud adoption programs.
- Manage program governance, delivery planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across, customer, and partner organizations.
- Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and achievement of business outcomes.
- Maintain PMO hygiene, project plans, dashboards, and program documentation.
- Support executive steering committees and program reviews.

### Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
- 5+ years managing Cloud Transformation or GCP programs.
- Strong knowledge of ** Cloud Platform (GCP)** services and cloud migration methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and global delivery teams.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar PM tools.
