Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Cloud Security Architect for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. You will design and implement secure multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.

Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Cloud Security Architect Responsibilities include:

• Architect and implement secure, enterprise-grade multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.

• Design and maintain scalable IAM frameworks, trust relationships, and organizational structures across multiple cloud tenants.

• Develop resilient disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure high availability and business continuity.

• Build, automate, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and cloud deployment processes.

• Implement secure CI/CD pipelines and automate cloud operations using Python and scripting technologies.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and systems teams to migrate and optimize workloads across hybrid cloud environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture, cloud security, and enterprise IT environments.

• Hands-on expertise in designing and securing multi-cloud environments across AWS and Azure, with GCP experience preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Python scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), IAM, disaster recovery planning, and secure CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
