Cloud Senior Analyst (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Cloud Senior Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with:
  • Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst Experience
  • Cloud-hosted application

  • TestRail/ALM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate in Agile environments, participating in daily stand-ups
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress, document user stories, and collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to team presentations, where strong communication skills are essential for explaining complex technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly way
• Design and optimize cloud-based analytics solutions
• Define customer needs in a technical context and ensure that proposed cloud solutions align with business objectives

The hourly rate for this position is $53.05.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst, with a strong background in cloud-hosted applications and Medicare. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and ALM is essential. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder and able to work on a W-2. Excellent communication skills are required to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
