Our client, a fast-growing AWS consulting partner, is hiring a remote Cloud Solutions Architect to lead enterprise migration and modernization engagements. You'll partner with client engineering and platform teams to design and execute cloud architectures that are reliable, secure, and cost-effective. Light pre-sales support included.
Responsibilities
- Lead AWS architecture design for enterprise modernization engagements
- Translate business requirements into reference architectures and roadmaps
- Partner with delivery teams to execute migrations and modernization work
- Provide pre-sales technical support: workshops, RFP responses, scoping
- Establish cloud landing zones, IAM, networking, and FinOps patterns
- Mentor consulting engineers across multiple client engagements
Requirements
- 7+ years in cloud / infrastructure roles, with 4+ on AWS
- Deep AWS expertise across compute, networking, security, and data
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification preferred
- Production experience with Terraform / IaC and Kubernetes
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Track record leading multi-team modernization or migration efforts
