Lead cloud architecture strategy and implementation for enterprise applications. Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive cloud architecture solutions for infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
Create and maintain reference architectures, guiding principles, and solution building blocks for enterprise cloud adoption
Define technology standards and future state roadmaps for cloud services and programmable infrastructure
Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions through proper design and implementation
Lead architectural decisions for GCP and Azure implementations while communicating impacts to stakeholders
Develop proof-of-concepts and position papers to drive technological improvements and innovation
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Cloud Platform & Product Architect with deep expertise in GCP and Azure environments
Proven experience setting up enterprise-level account structures and security models in Google Cloud
Strong knowledge of cloud-based delivery models, PaaS offerings, and data integration patterns
Experience applying engineering and coding skills in agile environments with DevOps practices
Familiarity with IT architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) and service management processes (ITIL)
Demonstrated ability to create technical roadmaps and drive architectural decisions at enterprise scale
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Must be able to work onsite at clients office in Wilton, CT 2-3 days a week
