In this role, you will help steward our cloud and on-prem platforms ensuring that students, faculty, and staff can connect, collaborate, and innovate seamlessly. With a strong focus on Microsoft 365, you will deliver secure and reliable collaboration services while also contributing to our broader cloud and on-prem infrastructure ecosystem that supports the academic experience.

Advance Enterprise and Digital Learning Environments
Lead Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Messaging

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in a technology field, with 3-5+ years of application/system administration and Microsoft 365 platform experience or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services (messaging, collaboration, identity, and security) in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
Working knowledge of private infrastructure, including:
VMware virtualization
Backup and recovery solutions
Storage/SAN platforms
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to supporting a diverse academic community

The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $74,367 to $100,000/year.
The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
