CLS (3rd shift) ($48.79 - $69.48 Hourly, $7/hour night differential from 7PM-7:30AM) in California

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely testing across core laboratory disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood bank.

• Analyze, interpret, and validate results in accordance with established laboratory standards.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers.

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care needs and ensure effective communication of critical results.

• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current California CLS license required.

• ASCP certification preferred.

• Previous high-volume or hospital laboratory experience strongly preferred.

• Strong technical competency, reliability, and ability to work independently on night shift.

Schedule:

• 3rd shift with night differential.
