CLT: Customer Service Representative

Location: Charlotte, NCHours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for earlier mornings when coverage is needed)

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatch
• Outbound consultation calls
• Customer happiness calls
• Answer inbound calls
• Customer follow-ups

Secondary Responsibilities (to learn over time)

• PermitsJob
•  Closeouts 
• Technician communication
