The Club Director manages the overall organization, program planning, and supervision of the Boys and Girls Club site. This role is responsible for attaining membership goals by maximizing the members' experience through oversight of program and service delivery by leading and managing program staff. This position may be located at one of three Club locations in Columbia, Missouri.
