Title: Club Excel Manager Job Reports to: Director of After School Programs Dept. /School: Elementary Campus Wage/Hour Status: $20 hourly Work Schedule: M-F After School Program 1:30 - 6:30 pm

Primary Purpose: Daily on-site operations of the After School Program, including maintaining compliance with the Joshua ASP Handbook and JISD policies.

Qualifications: Education/Certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR, AED and first aid certification

Special Knowledge/Skills

  • Knowledge of good business practices, administration, basic computer skills, and child development stages are essential.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain accounts receivable in Procare
  • Coordinate the use of space with the campus staff
  • Schedule events to enhance the program
  • Attend staff meetings and training classes
  • Sustain parent communication
  • Plan activities/camps
  • Market the program

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, safety and well being of the students in the program
  • To collect and post tuition fees
  • Be available to parents
  • Maintain proper time sheets and records for employees under your supervision
  • Follow directives and meet deadlines given by the Director of After School Program
  • All positions in the district are subject to reassignment according to board policy based on district needs.

Working Conditions: This person must be able to lift 40 pounds of either supplies or children, if needed.
