Club Host & Experience Lead (MOD)

Join our team if you love creating memorable experiences and being part of a vibrant community! At Elite Sports Clubs, we bring people together through fitness, sports, and fun across four Milwaukee-area locations. Our clubs are built around connection—where members of all ages can belong, grow, and feel their best. We offer great compensation, 401k, PTO, childcare, free membership, discounts on services, and more!

As a Club Host & Experience Lead, you’ll be the energy behind the space — part bartender, part event host, part operational leader. You’ll create an inviting, high-vibe atmosphere while overseeing the daily flow of the club during your shift. From running game nights and social events to engaging members at the bar and stepping in as Manager on Duty (MOD), you’ll help set the tone and ensure the space runs smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone charismatic, outgoing, and naturally hospitable — someone who knows how to turn up the energy when it’s time and maintain professionalism behind the scenes. You’ll support service standards, monitor operations, collaborate with tennis and club teams, and ensure members leave feeling like they were part of something special. Tennis knowledge is a plus, especially for building connections with our racquet sports community.

If you thrive in fast-paced, social environments and love blending hospitality with leadership, this is your chance to help shape the experience that keeps members coming back.
