The Zoo Health Club in Concord, NH is looking for a dynamic and motivated Club Manager to lead our team and drive an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day club operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of staff to deliver outstanding member service
• Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth initiatives
• Monitor and manage club budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep
• Resolve member concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Plan and promote club events, programs, and community engagement activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a club, fitness, hospitality, or retail setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proven track record in sales, customer service, or membership growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze basic financial reports
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
