Club Manager – Anytime Fitness Rock Hill South Cherry

Your Role

As Club Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our club’s success. You’ll:
  • Lead Sales & Membership Growth: Own new member acquisition and membership/training sales. Build relationships, follow up with leads, and help members take the next step toward their goals.
  • Deliver a Standout Member Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, inclusive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.
  • Run Day-to-Day Operations: Handle daily club tasks like billing support, running reports, tracking key numbers, using club management software, and staying on top of follow-ups.
  • Keep the Club Clean & Member-Ready: Stay hands-on with cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day, including equipment, high-touch areas, trash, and bathrooms.
  • Support Community Presence: Help execute local outreach, partnerships, and franchise marketing initiatives to keep the club visible in the community.
  • Support Social Media & Community Engagement: Help create and post simple, authentic content (photos, short videos, stories), respond to messages/comments, and promote events, offers, and member highlights.
  • Set the Tone & Work as a Team: Bring positive energy, communicate well, and work closely with the owners and trainers so the club stays aligned, welcoming, and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Flexible Schedule: Primarily daytime hours during the week, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed.
  • No Fitness Industry Experience Required: We value great communication and soft skills above all. A passion for health and fitness is a bonus.
  • Friendly, Outgoing & Genuine: You make everyone feel welcome.
  • Honest, Trustworthy & Results-Driven: You lead with integrity and follow through on what you say you’ll do.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and technology.
  • Comfortable on Social Media: You can create basic posts and engage with our community online in a friendly, professional way.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: You manage your time and priorities well.
  • Hands-On Cleanliness: You’re comfortable with daily cleaning tasks like wiping down equipment, sanitizing high-touch areas, taking out the trash, and keeping bathrooms spotless.
  • Ownership Mindset: You take initiative, set the tone in the club, and do what needs to be done without being asked.
