Your New Role
Pay Range: $26.42 - $33.03 / hour; based on experience.
Hours: Normal business hours Monday - Friday.
Location: Denver, Colorado; 3 days in-office with flexibility.
Responsibilities:
The Set Up Coordinator will assist with all facets of new club openings, remodels, relocations, and equipment optimization. This role will be integral in scheduling, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in development processes, bridging the gap between Construction teams and Club Operations and ensuring timely execution of all projects.
Support productive project meetings by preparing necessary presentation materials with key stakeholders, composing organized minutes, and providing detailed follow up notes to relevant departments
Facilitate project meetings, maintaining records of milestones for new clubs, remodels, and closures through project playbooks, trackers, and coordinating invites and cadences
Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with external vendors and internal business partners to support consistent, clear communication and obtain quotes from vendors
Assemble pre-site packages, working closely with Purchasing, Design, and Fitness for needed information
Assist the Club Set Up department with site specific coordination for meetings, training, travel and scheduling
Support the organization and management bid packages, purchase orders, design plans, and invoice approvals
Manage forms, correspondence, and club layout blueprints/plans, and documentaiton related to development projects
- Support accurate spend and budget tracking for set up projects, maintaining accurate documentation for current and historical reference

Your Skills:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years in an administrative role related to fitness equipment and design plans, or as a fitness professional
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage several important priorities of varying levels of complexity
- Organized, accountable, able to align tasks with overall department and company goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively balance detail orientation while maintaining accuracy
- Capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback
Preferences:
- Ability to create and update reports
- Proficiency with project management and EMS software (ProjectMates, Open Wrench, Bluebeam, etc.)
Physical Abilities:
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
- Standing for long periods
