Clubhouse Attendant - Delray Beach

Are you friendly, outgoing, and enjoy creating positive experiences for others? We are seeking a professional and energetic Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant to join a welcoming senior community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, assisting with activities, and helping maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.

As the face of the clubhouse, you will provide excellent customer service, answer questions, assist with events, and help ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.

Schedule: $20.00/hr

Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (6–8 hour shifts based on availability)

Employees will receive two days off during the week; however, the days off will vary from week to week based on scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Provide information about clubhouse amenities, activities, and community events.

• Assist with event preparation, including setup and breakdown.

• Respond to guest questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service.

• Help create a safe and enjoyable environment by monitoring pool areas when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clubhouse spaces and common areas.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive experience for all guests.

• Support daily clubhouse operations and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, recreation, or another guest-facing role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a welcoming experience.

• Ability to handle guest questions, concerns, and conflicts professionally and calmly.

• Comfortable speaking with groups and assisting with activities, events, or community programs.

• Dependable, friendly, and customer-focused with a professional attitude.

• Ability to make copies of identification documents as needed.

• Comfortable verifying guest IDs to ensure proper access to property amenities and grounds.

• Ability to professionally and politely enforce property rules and guidelines with residents and guests.

• Resort, property management, or community clubhouse experience is a plus.
