Position Overview:
As a Clubhouse Housekeeper/Cleaning Team Member you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of service for our esteemed members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the clubhouse while providing a welcoming and courteous environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clubhouse, including locker rooms, meeting space, bathrooms, offices, restaurant areas, on course bathrooms.
- Monitor and replenish amenities, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Uphold a high level of customer service, addressing member needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
- Work scheduled shifts, including morning, weekends and night shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality and or housekeeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Ability to work weekends is required.

About The Wisconsin Country Club:
Located just outside of the city, The Wisconsin Country Club is home to one of the most challenging and beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the area. It's Harry Smead/David Gill design features tree-lined fairways, intricately contoured greens, and well-positioned bunkering. In addition, Members enjoy an excellent court experience with 4 hard tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts available for open play, clinics, and socials. Our heated Junior-Olympic-sized pool is open seasonally and features a kiddie pool, slide, and full-service snack bar. For our health-conscious members, our Fitness Center is open daily and features a variety of specialty equipment. A year-round social calendar and dining operation ensure all Members enjoy their home away from home.
