As the Clubhouse Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of our dining room, bar, and patio areas. What You’ll Do
Lead the Floor: Oversee daily shift execution, greet members by name, and ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently.
Build a Top-Tier Team: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and inspire a dedicated front-of-house hospitality staff.
Manage the Business: Control labor costs, monitor inventory, optimize menus, and manage the food and beverage budget.
Execute Events: Collaborate with our Culinary and Events teams to host tournaments, private parties, and member socials.
