Role Overview

We are looking for a Cluster Lead - South to drive supply growth, vendor partnerships, and fulfilment operations across TN and Kerala.

The role involves managing cluster managers and vendor partners, ensuring strong driver/rider supply pipelines to meet hiring demand from enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Ownership

• Own supply acquisition and fulfilment targets across South India clusters.
• Ensure strong driver/rider onboarding and activation to meet client demand.

Vendor Ecosystem

• Build and manage a large vendor and partner network for candidate sourcing.
• Improve vendor productivity and turnaround time.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage Cluster Managers and Business Development Executives across the region.
• Track performance, set KPIs, and drive accountability.

Operational Excellence

• Improve key metrics including:
• Cost per hire
• Fulfilment rate
• Activation rate
• Vendor turnaround time

Market Expansion

• Support new city launches and client expansions across the South region.

Data & Reporting

• Track supply funnel, conversion rates, and cost metrics.
• Use data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years experience in Channel Development, Merchant acquisition, Vendor Management
• Experience managing regional or multi-city operations teams.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly numbers-driven with strong operational execution ability.
