Responsibilities
Perform clinical duties under supervision, including patient intake and vital signs.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and safety standards.
Adhere to infection control procedures and equipment sterilization practices.
Assist physicians with exams, procedures, and room turnover to maintain workflow.
Demonstrate a learning mindset; pursue certifications and on-the-job training.
Track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target attainment.
Provide exceptional patient service, addressing concerns and educating patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure timely patient care and follow-ups.
Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, charting, and medical record updates.
Collect specimens and prepare them for lab analysis following protocol.
Manage daily tasks to ensure high visibility of work activities and outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential and current CPR certification.
Perform patient intake, vital signs, and basic clinical duties under supervision.
HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and robust information security practices.
Infection control, sterilization, and equipment handling per protocol.
Assist physicians during exams and procedures; maintain room turnover efficiency.
Administrative duties: scheduling, charting, and updating medical records accurately.
Specimen collection and proper lab preparation following standard protocols.
Track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based target attainment.
Exceptional patient service; address concerns and provide patient education.
Demonstrate learning mindset; pursue on-the-job training and relevant certifications.
