Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Contract-to-Hire Location: Far Hills OBGYN 5701 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429 Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Contract-to-Hire Opportunity) Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Full-time, day shift Job Description: Far Hills OBGYN in Dayton, OH is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their team on a 13-week contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a CMA who is passionate about patient care and looking for a long-term role in women’s health. The CMA will support providers in delivering high-quality care to patients, ensuring efficiency and a positive patient experience. If selected, candidates will complete an in-person interview with a job shadow to ensure the position is a great fit. Responsibilities: Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Administer injections and immunizations as directed. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies. Accurately document patient information in the EMR system. Provide patient education and answer basic clinical questions. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility standards. Requirements: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (required). Previous experience in an outpatient/OBGYN setting preferred. Current BLS certification. Excellent communication and patient service skills. Ability to work Monday–Friday schedule.
