Women's Health CMA/LPN – Corporate Primary Care & Wellness | Contract | Tennessee

Overview

This contract role offers an opportunity to deliver high‑quality primary care and wellness services at a corporate location serving executive‑level members. The ideal clinician will have strong women's health experience, phlebotomy skills, and the ability to perform vital signs and point‑of‑care testing. The schedule is flexible, with primary coverage needed on Mondays and Fridays.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 1+ year of Women's Health experience
• 1+ year of Phlebotomy experience
• 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Pediatric Care
  • Care Management

Licensure & Certifications

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Tennessee (TN)
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to executive‑level members
• Conduct well‑women's checkups
• Measure and record vital signs
• Perform high‑volume phlebotomy procedures
• Conduct point‑of‑care testing
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing scrubs

Schedule & Shift Details

• Primary schedule: Mondays and Fridays
• Additional shifts possible Tuesday–Thursday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs. Employees may receive health insurance, optional dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid holidays, and PTO or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00
