Silver Birch Living is coming to Mansfield. We are opening Silver Birch of Mansfield in Spring 2026 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.
Are you passionate about supporting our growing senior population? Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? We are looking for full and part-time CMAs to join our growing team.
What Youll Do
Our CMAs support residents health, safety, and daily care needs by assisting with medications and personal care. The following are some of the key responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily care needs, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), following individualized care plans. • Administer, monitor, and document medications and treatments as directed within your scope of practice. • Observe residents and report changes in condition to the Wellness Nurse and clinical team. • Document care and services accurately in the electronic health record. • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests. • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members. • Work closely with the Wellness team to support overall clinical operations and resident needs.
What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Experience in a healthcare environment, with assisted living preferred. • A high school diploma or GED. • A valid State of Ohio Medication Aide Certificate (CMA) in good standing. • Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred). • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
