We are a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturerThe CMM Operator will operate 2 Hexagon Metrology CMM's with 2026 version of PC- DMIS for high-precision, complex parts. While PC-DMIS programming experience is not required basic understanding of PC-DMIS routines using CAD models and Model-Based Definition (MBD) is a plus.Be willing to learn and execute and validate AS9102 First Article using Net-InspectAssist in creating AS9102 1st Article Inspection reports.Mechanical inspection background and ability to perform such is highly desirable.Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 + years of dedicated CMM operating experience specifically in the aerospace and defense industry.
Software Expertise: Basic, basic proficiency in PC-DMIS.
Understanding of ASME Y14.5 & Y14.1 GD&T
Blueprint Literacy: Flawless mastery of complex aerospace engineering drawings, specifications, and digital product definitions.
Material Familiarity: Proven experience inspecting diverse aerospace materials, including titanium, Inconel, and aluminum.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
