Pay Range: $25-29

What You Will Do:
* Set up, program, and operate CMM equipment to perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.
* Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, models, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
* Create, modify, and troubleshoot CMM programs (e.g., Calypso)
* Perform dimensional analysis using micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparators, and other precision instruments.
* Document inspection results and generate reports for quality records, FAIRs, and customer submissions.
* Identify nonconformances and communicate findings to engineering, production, and quality teams.
* Support root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain calibration of inspection tools and follow all standard work, safety procedures, and quality system requirements.
* Assist with training operators and inspectors on print reading and measurement techniques.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* HS Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1+ years' experience with CMM programming

Qualifications We Value:
* Aerospace, defense, automotive, or precision machining background.
* Experience with FAIRs, PPAPs, and AS9100/ISO 9001 standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
