Our client, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature controls, is seeking an experienced CMM Operator to join their team on 2nd Shift.
Pay range: $22-$24/hr. (2nd shift has a 15% Shift Differential)
*Please note-Training will be required on 1st shift, and then you will move to 2nd shift.*
As the CMM Operator, you will join the Quality Department and play a critical role in delivering high-quality thermal solutions to industries that keep the world moving.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform precision inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Interpret blueprints and GD&T to validate part accuracy
Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins) to verify dimensions
Analyze data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams on results
Identify and communicate quality concerns proactively
Support continuous improvement initiatives in inspection and quality processes
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
