This position is responsible for performing precision inspections using CMM and other measurement tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications. You'll also develop and maintain inspection programs while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues.

Description
- Perform dimensional inspections using CMM to verify conformance to engineering drawings
- Create, edit, and maintain CMM programs and inspection documentation
- Analyze measurement data and report quality issues to engineering and leadership
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve inspection or measurement inaccuracies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and QMS requirements
- Maintain accurate inspection records, traceability, and product status
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams on part quality and process capability
- Support training of team members on CMM operation and inspection procedures
Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on CMM programming or operating experience
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required ; technical training a plus
