We are specifically looking for both a Senior and a Junior Specialist in Coordinate Measuring Machines.
**For the Senior role:** Ideal candidates will possess an associate's degree in a technical field, though a combination of education and experience may be considered. We seek professionals with at least seven years in programming, particularly with Zeiss CMM and Calypso software. A superior command of complex Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is essential.
**For the Junior role:** Candidates should have an associate degree in a technical field and at least five years of experience in manufacturing inspection. Demonstrable proficiency in GD&T is required alongside a minimum of three years in CMM Inspection/Programming.
Responsibilities include overseeing the programming, operation, and maintenance of our Zeiss Calypso CMM systems, ensuring that our products meet rigorous quality and precision standards. The successful candidate will bring advanced problem-solving skills, a deep expertise in CMM technology, and a strategic approach to system enhancements to maintain measurement integrity over the long term.
As the technical lead, you will coordinate workloads, develop inspection programs for complex components, and contribute to cost-effective inspection systems. Optimizing and programming using Zeiss Calypso software is central to the role, as is interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise measurement and reporting.
