Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs using Zeiss Calypso software
Perform dimensional inspections on complex aerospace components to ensure compliance with specifications
Create and implement inspection plans and documentation for production and first article inspections
Provide training and guidance to shop floor personnel on inspection processes and quality standards
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement or quality issues
Ensure adherence to quality procedures and industry standards within a job shop environment

Qualifications:
Proven experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso
Strong background in dimensional inspection of precision-machined parts, preferably in aerospace or highly regulated industries
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
Experience working in a high-mix, job shop setting is highly preferred
Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support team members
