Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a CMM Programmer role in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities:
· Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect precision parts and assemblies.
· Develop and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar platforms.
· Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications to ensure accurate measurement and inspection.
· Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify product conformance.
· Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports for internal teams and customers.
· Identify non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
· Calibrate and maintain CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
· Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.

 

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
· Proven experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency with CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar).
· Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.
· Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
