CMM Programmer
The Quality Technician provides real time quality information, generates and communicates all required system documentation for training of associates or other technicians. The Quality Technician may be required to perform in one or all Technician staffed elements across all shifts as needed (Metrology). Some elements require senior level specific technical skills ex; Print interpretation, advanced CMM programming, Capital Equipment qualification and release, or other advanced key skill applications. Performs necessary quality information equipment (gauging) programming, training, equipment capability testing, product testing, inspection and standards preparation. Analyzes components and assemblies through life cycle (purchased, manufactured, assembled, tested, including but not limited to field return investigation). Communicates quality issues & needs to engineering. Facilitates general production floor containment and verifies corrections accordingly.

Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma and
At least 7 years of soft and hard metal manufacturing support experience or
At least 3 years of soft and hard metallurgical support experience or
At least 3 years of Controlled environment / sub-micron metrology laboratory technical experience
