CMM Programmer

Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support dimensional inspection of complex aerospace engine components. The role involves developing and validating CMM programs, performing precision inspections, supporting FAI, and ensuring compliance with aerospace requirements. Strong experience with Camio, CMM equipment, GD&T, and aerospace manufacturing is required. The position works closely with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2 5+ years of CMM programming or metrology experience.
• Experience with Camio and LK CMM equipment.
• Experience inspecting complex, tight-tolerance aerospace components.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience with aerospace manufacturing or MRO.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Calypso, PC-DMIS, GOM, PolyWorks, or Faro.
• Experience with engine rotating hardware.
• Knowledge of MBD, digital inspection, SPC, and MSA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
