Experienced CMM Programmer responsible for developing, editing, and validating CMM programs using Camio for precision inspection of complex aerospace components.
Perform dimensional inspection of engine hardware, rotating components, structural elements, and tight-tolerance machined parts while ensuring compliance with aerospace and OEM requirements.
Interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, GD&T, and MBD data and support FAI, AS9102, SPC, MSA, and dimensional analysis activities.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot measurement issues, perform correlation and repeatability studies, improve inspection processes, and maintain accurate inspection documentation.
