Job Description
Job Title: CMM Technician / Programmer
Location: Chino, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Program and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS or similar software
- Perform dimensional inspections and First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Read blueprints, schematics, and GD&T specifications
- Use precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators
- Maintain inspection and calibration records
- Work with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues
Requirements- 3+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience
- Experience with PC-DMIS, Faro Arm, or Romer Arm equipment
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Ability to operate manual and PC-DMIS based CMMs, profilometers, and comparators
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards
- Experience using precision inspection tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
