The CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization''s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support facilities, maintenance, and operations teams. This role ensures the accuracy of asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, reporting, and system performance. The CMMS Administrator serves as the primary system expert, providing user support, training, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation: $50,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

  • Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in Facilities Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience administering CMMS, facilities management, maintenance operations, or related systems.
  • Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Corrigo, eMaint, FMX, SAP PM, or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and producing operational reports.
  • Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administer and maintain the CMMS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Manage asset data, equipment records, locations, and maintenance histories.
  • Create, update, and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and work order workflows.
