Role Overview
The CMS Business Admin serves as a liaison between Business, Product, and Engineering teams to support the maintenance and optimization of the organization's Drupal-based content management system.
This role plays a key part in enabling Marketing, supporting content operations, and improving content performance through SEO, analytics, structured content practices, and multilingual capabilities. The position ensures the CMS is effectively leveraged to meet business goals while maintaining governance, usability, scalability, and publishing discipline.

Required Qualifications

  • Admin Governance of CMS Platform
  • SEO Experience
  • Support CMS governance in coordination with Product and Tech leads, including workflows, permissions, and content standards
  • Contribute to the definition and evolution of taxonomy, metadata, and content structures to support scalability and discoverability
  • Manage and maintain multilingual and localization capabilities , including language workflows, translation processes, and regional content variations
  • Oversee AI-driven content translation workflows , ensuring accuracy, proper review steps, and alignment with publishing standards
  • Ensure content publishing standards are met , including adherence to approval workflows, publishing lifecycles, and scheduled releases
  • Monitor and reinforce compliance with governance, publishing protocols, and localization standards across all stakeholders and content authors
  • Support the Web Marketing team by creating, configuring, and maintaining CMS-based forms, templates, and reusable content components
  • Partner closely with Marketing to implement SEO best practices across content, templates, and structured data (e.g., metadata, schema)
  • Assist in AI-driven discovery and personalization initiatives by ensuring content is properly structured, tagged, and optimized for findability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CMS capabilities support campaign execution, including localized and multilingual content delivery
  • Monitor site analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to assess content performance, traffic trends, and engagement metrics
  • Analyze data to identify actionable insights and recommendations to improve SEO, discoverability, and user experience
  • Support ongoing optimization initiatives based on user behavior, search trends, and content performance
  • Contribute to data-informed discussions with stakeholders to guide continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for content authors, providing day-to-day CMS support and guidance
  • Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and coordinate with Engineering or Platform teams for resolution
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including:
    • CMS governance standards and best practices
    • Authoring guidelines, workflows, and publishing lifecycle requirements
    • Detailed CMS component documentation and usage capabilities
    • Multilingual, localization, and translation workflow guidance
  • Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions in coordination with stakeholders, Product, and Tech leads
  • Reinforce and promote adherence to CMS standards, governance, and publishing protocols across all users
  • Act as the liaison between Business and Engineering for CMS-related features, enhancements, and defect resolution
  • Coordinate with Product, Business, and Tech leads to align on priorities, scope, and implementation approaches
  • Support validation of delivered functionality against agreed-upon requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Represent the business context for CMS initiatives, providing clarification and answering implementation questions
  • Facilitate communication to resolve ambiguities and unblock delivery
  • Experience working with enterprise CMS platforms; Drupal experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
  • Strong facilitation, coordination, and communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of CMS governance concepts (workflows, permissions, taxonomy, content modeling)
  • Experience with multilingual CMS implementations and localization workflows
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multilingual, or enterprise digital platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-driven translation, search, personalization, or content discovery capabilities
  • Experience working closely with Marketing, Product, UX, and Engineering teams
  • Experience contributing to backlog refinement and delivery tracking
  • Experience developing documentation, training programs, or CMS enablement resources
