The Family Services Specialist Volunteer supports family-focused conflict resolution services through Empowered Pathways' Community Dispute Resolution Center. The Volunteer conducts client intakes and follow-up contacts, assists with case management, documentation, data entry, and case file preparation, and helps coordinate communication with clients and community partners. The Volunteer observes and supports mediation, conflict coaching, family team meetings, family group conferencing, and restorative practices services. Additional responsibilities include scheduling support, outreach and client engagement activities, and maintaining accurate program records. The Volunteer participates in mediation and conflict resolution training, supervision, and professional development while helping expand access to timely, family-centered services for children and families throughout the community.
