NurseCore of Santa Barbara is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) to provide in-home care services in Goleta, and Santa Barbara. This is a meaningful opportunity to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

Position Details:

• Shifts Available: Various days available, including weekends

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
  (Weekend availability required, though not every weekend — except for the Montecito assignment)

• Pay Rate: $21–$23 per hour

• Overtime: Available

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Support clients with special needs

• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

• Communicate with the supervising nurse and care team

Requirements:

• Active California CNA license

• 1 year of CNA experience

• Current CPR certification

• TB test or chest x-ray (within the past 12 months)

• Physical exam (within the past 12 months)

• Experience with special needs clients required

• Weekend availability required
