    About the Role:

    The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients within healthcare settings. This position focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.     Minimum Qualifications:

    • Completion of an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant training program.
    • Valid CNA certification/license as required by the state or local regulatory authority.
    • Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
    • Ability to pass background checks and health screenings including immunizations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
    • Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
    • Provide nutritional support by assisting with feeding and ensuring patients receive proper hydration.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
    • Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status, concerns, and changes in condition.
    • Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses.
    • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations.
