CNA 2nd shift - $21/hour base pay

Full-Time Shifts Only (No PRN)

• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, Monday-Friday: $21/hr + $0.75 shift differential

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking full-time CNA/Care Partners for 2nd shift (3-11 pm), Monday through Friday. Somerfield at The Heritage is a 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility on the beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood in TN. Job Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.
• Monitors resident vital signs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee required
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.
